The Patient Care Coordinator receives and triages requests for patient services from clients, then schedules our team of mobile clinicians to fulfill the requests. Visits are prioritized according to a variety of factors, including location of the patient; skill level, availability, and current location of field staff; time of day; local traffic conditions; the urgency of request; and priority of customers. Each new request for services must be evaluated in the context of all other outstanding requests to ensure that clinicians are routed efficiently while meeting patient needs.
